Ski Trip 2020

The 2020 ski trip will be held in New Hampshire, in the resorts of Cannon and Loon. The staff responsible for the trip will be Mark Jeffs (leader), Ben Law (deputy leader), Helen Coleman and Lucie Popham.

Departing on 2 April 2020, students will fly from Heathrow to Logan International Airport, Boston. This will be followed by a coach journey north to the hotel located in Plymouth County, New Hampshire. There will be five days' skiing across the two resorts, before returning home on 9 April. Each day will consist of five hours of ski tuition, with a variety of evening activities.

Quick info
Students participating in the trip should be aware of the following information:

  • Each student’s main piece of baggage should comply with British Airways’ requirements.
  • All normal school rules apply.
  • All rooms must be kept clean and tidy.
  • All students must wear a ski helmet.
  • Staff cannot accept responsibility for any personal property (including mobile phones, tablets, cameras, etc) that students bring with them.
  • There will be no access to hotel balconies in the event that there is ice.
  • Ensure you attend all ski fitness lessons (after school, once per week).
  • Ensure you have all the necessary equipment on the kit list.
  • Complete all Interski clothing orders as soon as possible.
  • Ensure your passport has at least six months’ validity (valid until at least 9 October 2020).
  • Ensure you have an ESTA.
