How to Order

Parents and students can place their orders online at www.swidtp.co.uk, by telephone on 01928 752610 or by post to:

Sportswear International Ltd

Whitehouse Industrial Estate

Ordering Online

Visit SWI’s website and choose to either login or register a new account. New customers will need to register and follow the online instructions to link their account to the school. Once you are registered, you will able to begin ordering immediately.

All of the uniform and PE kit products will be displayed along with an indication of whether the product is compulsory or optional. To add an item to your basket, click on the picture or the name of the product, select the size required from the drop-down menu, and click the Add to basket button. Amend the quantity you wish to order if necessary in the Quantity box – this will automatically update. Once all items have been added to the basket, click the View basket button. You will be taken to the basket page to confirm your order. Quantities may be modified at this time if required; should you wish to remove an item, simply click the red Remove button.

If the parcel is to be delivered to your home address, please add any delivery notes to be passed to the courier in the event that you are not at home when the delivery is made (e.g. “leave in porch”, “leave with neighbour”, etc). If the parcel is to be delivered to the school, please simply enter your child’s name. Once complete, click the green Checkout now button. Select the appropriate delivery option (to home or school) and then click the green Confirm delivery method button. Payment may then be made via Visa, MasterCard, Solo or Maestro cards (American Express cards are not accepted). Once you have completed the payment, you will be given an order reference number; you may print this page out for your records if required.

Telephone and postal orders

Paper order forms are available from the school or here on our website. If you wish to pay by cheque or do not have access to the Internet, you can telephone or post your order using the paper order form.

Home Delivery Charges

  • Orders over £70 are sent to home free of charge.
  • Orders under £70 sent to a home (or other specified) address incur a £4.00 delivery charge.
  • Orders sent to school are free of charge (see below).

Delivery to School

SWI operates a free delivery service into school every week during term time. Orders placed by 5.00pm on a Wednesday will be delivered to school on the following Friday for collection on Monday. This allows parents to avoid a delivery charge and makes it easy for students to collect their order within school.

Returns Procedure

In every dispatch, SWI includes a form with full details of how to send items back for a refund. SWI offers a 30 day returns policy. Full terms and conditions can be found on the SWI website.

Web Helpdesk

SWI has a dedicated web helpdesk. If you are having difficulty with your online account or cannot login, please contact the team on 0845 519 00 99 or 01928 752610. Please note that the school is unable to assist with SWI website enquiries.
